Phillip Costa,
CEO
Phillip is a real estate investor with a background in structural engineering. He has experience in large renovation projects and asset management. From his background in engineering, Phillip’s attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and high level of organization play an integral role in providing owner’s with professional service. He attributes his success in partnerships to practicing a high-level of integrity, accountability, and transparency.
Phillip earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering (Summa Cum Laude) from NJIT, while maintaining an athletic scholarship to play NCAA Division I soccer. When he isn’t helping owners with their properties or talking about real estate, Phillip is either traveling the world, playing soccer, or spending time with friends and family.
Catia Conde,
Head of Design + Operations
Catia is a professional photographer who has 5 years of experience in running her own successful business. She is the creative side of Desired Stays; she loves creating a story and turning spaces into an unforgettable experience through her interior designs. Catia handles all guest communications and operations to ensure a seamless travel experience.
When she doesn't have a camera in her hands you can most likely find her on a plane to her next bucket list location. Vacationing in many Airbnb’s around the world, she has gained invaluable knowledge about the traveler’s expectations and draws inspiration from her travels.
Providing unique interior designs and superior customer service is vital in optimizing a property’s performance. Luckily, Catia is an expert at both!
